Disclosure Of Data

TechSpace may be required to appoint certain third parties, including TechSpace affiliates, to provide part of the services to you or assist with providing technical support, such as IT equipment providers or other suppliers. By subscribing to our services, you authorises TechSpace to subcontract the processing of personal data to subprocessors in the relevant countries where the services will be rendered. Subprocessors are in each case subject to the terms between TechSpace and the subprocessor which are no less protective than those set out in this Policy. TechSpace will inform the customer of the details of such subprocessor(s) upon written request from the customer.

We have appointed Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) to oversee our management of personal data in accordance with the Act and we restrict access to your personal information.

Additionally, we have implemented measures to secure and protect your information, such as training our employees who handle your personal data to respect the confidentiality of such personal data and your privacy, storing personal data in a combination of secure computer storage facilities and paper based files and other records, taking steps to protect the personal data we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.



Data Retention

TechSpace shall not keep personal data in a form that permits identification of data subjects for longer a period than is necessary, in relation to the purpose(s) for which the data was originally collected. We will put in place measures to ensure that any of your personal data that is in our possession is destroyed and/or anonymized as soon as (i) the personal data collected is no longer needed to serve you; and (ii) retention is no longer necessary for any other legal or business purposes.

To make a request to access or amend the personal data we hold about you, please contact the DPO in writing using the Request to Access Personal Data Form. We will require you to verify your identity and to specify what data you require.


Request To Withdraw Consent

To make a request to withdraw your consent previously given, please contact the DPO in writing and we will process your request within a reasonable time from such a request for withdrawal of consent being made, and will thereafter not collect, use and/or disclose your personal data in the manner stated in your request.


Complaint Process

If you have any complaint for feedback regarding how we are handling your personal data or about how we are complying with the law, we welcome you to contact the DPO in writing.



Changes To This Privacy Policy

TechSpace reserves the right to make changes to its privacy notice at any time. If we do make changes to the privacy notice, we will post them to this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
