How to set up the Wireless Access Point Cisco CBW

1. Plug the Lan cable from the Access Point into a Switch or Router that can supply PoE power, or if not, use a Power Injector to supply power to the Access Point.
2. 2. Wait about 8 – 10 minutes, during which the Access Point will have lights flashing alternating green, red, and yellow-brown. Wait until the Access Point only blinks green. Notice the wifi on the computer. The SSID CiscoBusiness-Setup will come up. Press Connect.

Enter code cisco123 and press Next

A window will pop up, press No.

Go to a Browser and type the URL: http://ciscobusiness.cisco and press Enter. This window will appear. Press Start to take the next step

Create a Username and Password according to the conditions and press Start.

Name the Access Point, set various settings, and press Next

Create a Network Name, enter the code according to the conditions and press Next.

The system will display the details that have been set. After checking, press Apply to confirm

There will be a message saying that the Access Point will reboot. Press OK and wait approximately 5 – 6 minutes.

Note: The DHCP server must distribute IP to the Access Point. While waiting, the Access Point will blink alternating colors. Wait until it turns green to begin the next step. But if it goes to red, check about DHCP serve.

Find the SSID created and press Connect.

When Connect, go to the Browser and type the URL: http://ciscobusiness.cisco and press Enter. This window will appear. Press Login to take the next step

Login with the Username / Password that was set and press OK

Go to the main page and you can set additional settings
