  • 1. Press Win + R to open Run.
  • 2. Type “regedit” and enter.
  • 3. Select folder “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” > “Software” > ”Microsoft ” > “ Windows NT ” > “Current Version ” > “Profile List ”
  • 4. In folder Profile list have many folder S-1-5 check file “ ProfileImagePath ” All folder in folder see value data match with your profile
  • 5. If you find the same folder but with the tag .bak or .ba, you need to rename the folder, delete .bak or .ba, and add .bak or .ba to another folder.
  • 6. If you sure folder is your profile. Double click State File change value in Value data to 0 and Click OK
  • Double click “RefCount” file change value to 0 and click OK (But if your don’t have a RefCount file you can create by Right-Click select  New Click DWORD(32 bit) value Create name “RefCount” Setting Value data to  0)
  • Close Registry Editor and Reboot computer.
