How to Backup Emails From Outlook by Exporting

Step 1: Click the “file” button in the top-left corner of the screen.



Step 2: Select “Open & Export” from the list on the left side of the window.



Step 3: Click on the “Import/Export” button to open the import-and-export wizard.



Step 4: In the import-and-export wizard, select “Export to a file” and click “Next”.


Step 5: First, choose to create an “Outlook data file (PST)” and select the folder or account you want to backup.
Then you can choose where you want to put it and add a password.


Step 6: After you click “finish,” go to the folder where you saved your backup.
