3. Enter email address and next If not want to sign in click “I don’t have this person’s sign-in information”

 

4. Type email to sign-in or create new email address click “Get a new email address” —> “Next” and Can add user without a Microsoft account click “add user without a Microsoft account”

 

5. Fill in information and “Next”

 

6. Create account success

 

7. Can remove user account click dropdown —> Remove —> Delete account and data
