When windows are unable to boot to the desktop.

You can try using the System Restore function before choosing to reinstall Windows.
When you boot your computer but can’t start to desktop you do Click continue Windows 10 it not to the desktop you can try Using the System Restore as follows.

  • 1. Restart your computer press F11. This will open the “Advanced option”.
  • 2. On the Advanced Option screen select “System restore” the computer will reboot
  • 3. Select an administrator account. Click “continue” > “Next”.
  • 4. Choose a restore point option is selected, and then click “next”.
  • 5. Select a particular restore point from list on your PC. Then click “next” at the Confirm your restore point screen.
  • 6. Click Yes if a warning message appears.
  • 7. Click “Next”, then click “Finish” and wait for the restore tool to continue.
  • 8. Your computer will restart, meaning the restore is complete.
