How to Import an Excel File into Outlook Calendar

1. Convert the Excel File to CSV:

  • Open the Excel file that contains the data you want to import into the Calendar.
  • Select the “File” menu and choose “Save As“.
  • In the “Save as type” dropdown, select “CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)“.
  • Save the file in your desired location.

2. Import the CSV File into the Outlook Calendar:

  • Open Outlook and go to the “Calendar“.
  • Select “File” from the menu bar.
  • Choose “Open & Export” and then click on “Import/Export“.

 

  • Select “Import from another program or file” and click “Next“.
  • Choose “Comma Separated Values” and click “Next“.
  • Click “Browse” to select the CSV file you saved earlier, choose “Do not import duplicate items“, and click “Next“.

 

 

  • Select the Calendar where you want to import the data and click “Next“.

 

  • Click “Finish” to start the import process.

3. Review and Manage Data in the Calendar

  • After importing the CSV file, review the data in your Calendar to ensure it is accurate and complete.
  • You can adjust or edit the imported data in the Calendar as needed.
