How to fix The User Profile Service failed the sign-in User profile cannot be loaded.

1. Press Win + R to open Run Type “regedit” and enter.

2. Select folder “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” > “Software” > ”Microsoft ” > “ Windows NT ” > “Current Version ” > “Profile List ”

3. In folder Profile list have many folders S-1-5 check file “ ProfileImagePath ” All folder in folder see value data match with your profile.

4. If you find the same folder but with the tag .bak or .ba, you need to rename the folder, delete .bak or .ba, and add .bak or .ba to another folder.

5. If you sure folder is your profile. Double click State File change value in Value data to 0 and Click OK

6. Double click “RefCount” file change value to 0 and click OK (But if you don’t have a RefCount file you can create by Right-Click select  New Click DWORD(32 bit) value Create name “RefCount” Setting Value data to 0)

7. Close Registry Editor and Reboot computer.
