How to Set permissions for shared OneDrive files

Step 1: Open your File Explorer and locate the OneDrive.

Step 2: Locate and right-click the document that you would like to assign permission, and then click Show more options.

Step 3: Click Give access to, and then click Specific people.


Step 4:
Type the person’s name, and then click Add.

Step 5: Click the drop down at the person’s name, and then Locate the person that you want to edit their permission
click the permission level needed.
  

Step 6: Click Share.
