Steps for moving data files to GoogleDrive and GooglePhotos using Google Takeout

1. Have the user go to the Internet, type in the search box “google takeout” and press Enter.

2. Then click on the link. http://takeout.google.com

3. Then specify the Google Email Account that the user wants to move. and press select next

4. Enter the correct password and click Next.

5. A Google Takeout window will appear.

6. Next, the user selects the data that the file needs to be moved. (All are selected by default.)

Note : Press to select to cancel everything first. and select the data you want to move.

7. Select drive information by checking the boxes. Observe will display the selected data

8. Select GooglePhotos by checking the box. Observe will display the selected data.

9. When the data selection is complete Scroll all the way down. You will be presented with next step options. Select “Next Step”.

10.Various settings will appear. The details are as follows:

12. A window will appear. Wait for the system to process (Depending on whether the data being moved is large or small After the download is complete, the system will notify you via email.)

13. After the system has completed the export management. You can check the information that the user has selected at the ListDown tab

14. The window shows the downloaded data. The user will see the overall picture. If there are no errors, can Press “Download” now.

15. The download will appear at the bottom of the Browser. When the download is complete, select “Show in Folder” to go to the source of the stored file.

16. Allow the user to extract the downloaded file.

Note : Right click on the downloaded folder.

Then go and select Extract All.

17. A window will appear as shown below, then press “Extract”.

18. A file that has been successfully extracted will appear. Allow users to click to view internal information. To survey the information to see if it is correct and complete or not

19. The first is about GooglePhotos files.

20. After clicking into the folder, you will find the image files. and JSON files (which are not related can be removed)

21. About the drive (GoogleDrive)

22. And finally, an HTML file summarizing file export with Google Takeout.

23. A window showing the details of each data that the user has exported will appear.
