How to Enable Transcription in MS Teams

Turning on the transcription setting in the Microsoft Teams admin center is a three-step process.

Step 1: Log in to your team account and visit the admin center


Step 2: Click on ‘meetings’ and select ‘meeting policies’ in the drop-down section.

Step 3: Scroll down to the audio and Video settings and toggle the button under ‘Allow transcription.’
